If you find a lower price on any purchase from sticks art within ten days of purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference. Just send us proof the same item is currently offered for sale by an authorized Sticks dealer at a lower price.
You can do that by adding a comment with the needed details to your order or by e-mailing us with the information within the 10 days.
We will check the source to confirm the item is the same type and condition. When comparing prices we look at the total cost including shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to exclude prices listed in error, store closing sales and to allow you to cancel your order if we both do not agree on the results.
Delivery Problems or Damage
We have many years of successful shipping experience, but damage sometimes does occur. We insure all shipments and take responsibility for items that arrive damaged as long as you follow these 3 steps:
1. Damage must be reported immediately.
After three days, it may be too late to process a claim. We pay for premium, professional packaging and insurance on our shipments, but without your speedy action, it does neither of us any good. You are resonsible for inspecting your items upon delivery and letting us know of problems immediately.
If we cannot process a claim, our ability to help you will be severely limited or denied. So, please take some time to inspect everything in your package as soon as it arrives.
2. Inspect the packages overall as soon as you get them. Look for any signs of damage to the box, crushing, holes or dents. With truck deliveries, you must write "DAMAGED" on the paperwork the trucking company asks you to sign.
3. Save the box and all packing materials. The shipping agency usually will inspect them.
4. Contact us at Stowe Craft. E-mail us with the name on the shipping label, the details of the problem and how to get in touch with you besides e-mail.

Returns -Exchanges -
Returning an Item to Exchange it for Another
Exchanges are OK within 30 days of purchase or, if we shipped it to you, within 30 days after we shipped it.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. You also need to pay to have items packaged insured and returned to us. Items must arrive back to us in new condition. If your item arrives damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim. We are avaialble to help in any way we can. See "How to Return an Item".
We will pay for shipping a replacement item back to you unless the original item was part of a promotion, such as a sale or free shipping. If the item was part of a free shipping promotion, you will be charged for our normal low rate for shipping a replacement. We reserve the right to charge for shipping of replacement items even if the original item was shipped toll free.
If you are not ready to decide what you want as an exchange, we can issue you a store credit after receiving your product for exchange.
Returning an Item for a Refund
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery of item to request a return and refund. Beyond 3 days, we will not offer refunds.
You may still obtain a gift certificate or exchange for another product as described above.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. If your purchase included a special promotion such as free or reduced shipping, our standard shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Exchange - Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. No returns are allowed for sale items, special orders and or custom orders. Returns must be shipped freight or postage prepaid. Any return sent back freight or postage collect will be refused.

Fulfilling Your Order
Communication
We will keep you updated about your order by e-mail. You should receive at least 2 e-mails from us.
First, you will receive a confirmation that we received your order.
Second, within 3 days, often with a few hours, you will receive an update from Kelly about your shipping status.
If your order is being sent from our stock, you will receive specific shipping information. If your order is from our catalog, Kelly will confirm the time needed for the Sticks artists to make your piece. When it gets close to the time for delivery, Kelly will contact you again with delivery details when it is ready to be shipped.
Sticks Art is part of Stowe Craft Gallery. We are a real store, with real staff open year round at 55 Mountain Road, Route 108, Stowe, Vermont 05672.

Carriers
We select from the following carriers to deliver your orders:
Fed Ex: Our preferred delivery method for single items. Our local Fed Ex people have proven to us that they take care of your selections in a way that ensures fast, safe deliveries.
UPS: We also use UPS for certain items and package sizes. They offer the best tracking of your package status and deliver almost everywhere.
Trucking:
Common Carrier- For larger, boxed or crated items delivered by truck. We have contacts with a few outstanding trucking firms. For larger orders, our carriers are now the best we have ever found for both price and quality.
White Glove i.e. Blanket Wrapped and delivered and placed where you want it in your home or office.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

What Information Do We Collect?
We collect information we need to fulfill your order and contact you about it.
We also collect standard information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.
Who gets this information?
Your information is only used by the staff in our store here in Vermont. We do not sell or redistribute your information.
